Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the  website (the “Service”) operated by Precision Academy (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• Refund Policy: No refunds after purchase, we have free videos to make your decision on whether to purchase the course or not.
• Cancellation by Precision Academy: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues). In such cases, enrolled students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

All course content, including but not limited to videos, lectures, notes, quizzes, and assignments, are the intellectual property of Precision Academy or its instructors. • Reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Service or course content without express written permission.
• Share your account login credentials with others.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
